General Terms and Conditions: Sufficient balance will be required to use Simple Mobile Voice, SMS, Data and International Long Distance services. Wireless Service starts on the activation date and continues for approximately 30 days from the activation date. Payments: Your monthly payment date will be the day of the month that you activate service. Additional payments must be made within 30 days after your last refill or the account will be suspended. If payment is not received within 30 days of the suspend date, your mobile number may be re-assigned. The 30-day billing cycle will re-start from the payment date. If you transfer your number to another carrier, you will lose any remaining balance. Not all features or rate plans are available on all devices. Character length, file size of messages and attachments may be limited. Simple Mobile is not liable for content of messages, attachments, message delivery failures, delays, errors in any alerts or notifications. Coverage: Simple Mobile service is not available in all areas; see coverage map for details at www.telciti.com. Abnormal Calling Patterns: Unlimited does not mean unreasonable use. Your continued eligibility for service or any plan may be limited or terminated for (a) consumer protection purposes, (b) abusive conduct or abnormal call pattern(s), (c) fraudulent use, or (d) violation of the End User Terms. Inappropriate Content: Customer may not transmit inappropriate content and Simple Mobile shall retain the right to terminate service, as more fully set forth in the End User Terms. Non-refundable: No credit is offered for unused portion of a monthly service plan. Simple Mobile is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged SIM cards or phones. Approved Phones: Simple Mobile SIM cards must be used with an approved Simple Mobile phone (see approved Phone list at www.telciti.com). Simple Mobile reserves the right to terminate service for use of non-approved phones. Additional Details: By using this service, you accept Simple Mobile’s full Terms and Conditions and also its Acceptable Use Policy, each as may be modified by time to time by Simple Mobile (collectively, “End User Terms”).
